Most of our supply comes from Chimaltenango, a city just 45 minutes away from Guatemala City. Climate conditions in this area are optimum for the products we grow. Temperatures vary between 59°F to 80°F and are at a height of 1,500 to 1,700 ft.
The growers that harvest the crops have been trained in good agriculture and manufacturing practices and are supervised by the national program PIPPA, which has an alliance with the FDA and Davis Fresh Technologies. We are also certified with GLOBAL GAP.
Additional to our harvest, we are supplied by certified grower's association. This enhances the probability of having all year -round supply.
